Served in the formal dining room of our bed and breakfast in Asheville, NC you will find old friends and new friends getting acquainted around the table. Our Chef, an advocate of the Farm to Table philosophy, masterly prepares a three-course breakfast from the finest of local ingredients. We make every effort to accommodate special dietary restrictions and gluten-free guests, just let us know at the time of booking or check-in of your dietary restrictions.

Our guests agree, we serve the best coffee in Asheville it is our own special blend exclusively formulated by Frank for the WhiteGate Inn. Enjoy our fresh hot coffee each morning. It’s just the right blend of smooth and robust.

Strawberries macerated in Vodka and Black Pepper, topped with a Chantilly Cream

Second Course

(Alternating daily between sweet and savory)
Basil Eggs en cocotte,  Eggs baked in a cheese basil béchamel or Oatmeal Custard Crème Brûlée, Oatmeal baked in a vanilla custard and topped with a caramel lace

Third Course

Walnut filled puff pastry pillow with chocolate and raspberry coulis
