During your stay at our Asheville, NC B&B, you are invited to relax among the tropical plants and enjoy the scent of fragrant orchids, while listening to the sound of gently trickling fountains.
Take pleasure in reading a book, perusing a magazine or gather for refreshments with other guests among the unique collection of plants.

Spa Policies:
Payment for scheduled spa treatments and massages are the responsibility of the guest unless cancelled 24 hours Prior to their appointment.
Inn Policies:
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Other times by prior arrangement)
- Check-out 11:00 a.m.
- Two night minimum on most weekends (Friday and Saturday).
- Three night minimum on Holiday and October
- Two night minimum weekdays in October.
- Holiday/Weekend Rates the full month of October and the last two weeks of December.
- Corporate Rates Available.
- Children that are 15 years of age and above are most welcome in the Inn.
- Children of any age are welcome in the rental cottage.
- Dog friendly lodging is available, small dogs are accepted in the cottage only (see policy below)
- Rates are subject to change
- We accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, and personal checks (in advance). We ask that each reservation be guaranteed by a one-night stay deposit and are guaranteed with a credit card.
- Breakfast served at 9:00 a.m. (one seating only)
- In-Room Expanded Continental Breakfast available upon request with 2 days notice.
- For the comfort of all, smoking is permitted outdoors. Thank you for your cooperation in advance!
Pet Policy:
Dogs under 30 pounds are welcome in our cottage only. There is a $50.00 non-refundable pet deposit. Dogs must not be left alone in the cottage unless they are crated. Dogs must not be left unattended outside, and must be walked on a leash at all times.
Deposit Policy:
A deposit of one night's rate per room is required at the time of the reservation, for a one to three night stay; for four or more nights and special packages or events, 50% of the total is required at time of the reservation.
Reservations made 14 days, or (30 days for October and Special Events and Packages) less prior to arrival will be charged in full and are non-refundable. Deposits may be made by credit card, money order or personal check. All reservations are guaranteed with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
If notification of a cancellation is received at least (14) days prior to the arrival date (30 days notice for certain special packages, events and the month of October), the deposit is refundable less a $35.00 cancellation fee per room. If notification of a cancellation is received less than (14) days prior to the arrival date (30 days notice for certain special packages, events and the month of October), the full deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Early departure falls within our cancellation policy. There are no refunds for early departure. We reserve the right to treat a partial cancellation as a cancellation for the entire stay. There is a $35 fee for changing a reservation.
