A Note to Our Guests

Ralph and I have enjoyed our 16 years here at our luxury Inn in Asheville North Carolina and look forward to many more years. Over the years we have met some incredible people and have worked to make our Inn a warm and relaxing place for our guests. Our staff is just as dedicated as we are and we would like to introduce some of them to you.

Kris Gilarowski is Polish-American who immigrated to New York City with his family in 1993. He graduated Stony Brook University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. While working at Paradise Inn in Washington and Kennicott Glacier Lodge in Alaska, Kris found his passion for hospitality. He honed his guest service skills for four years at Biltmore, but his preference for more intimate and privately run hotels led him to the White Gate Inn.
